The aims of our Training Institute are:
- To disseminate PPP ‘best practice’ widely across the market.
- To gather understanding and knowledge of different international models and offer this in the form of ‘case studies’ and ‘lessons learned’.
- To support our customers and the wider market in understanding the practical issues related to ‘making PPP work’.
- To offer a platform for discussion and understanding and the sharing of different perspectives.
- To provide Poland’s PPP market with access to a wide range of training related to the delivery of ‘best practice’ - including:
- ‘How to make PPP and concession projects work’;
- Identifying and preparing projects for tender;
- Risk analysis and risk management;
- PPP commercial training;

Delivery
This training and development is delivered by a range of industry professionals suitably qualified and experienced in all aspects of the courses delivered. These professionals offer ‘real-world’ experience having been practitioners in their chosen fields for a number of years. They include PPP practitioners, management specialists, and leadership/team-building experts.
The training will focus on:
