Bank DnB Nord (operating in Poland) is currently Saritor’s project finance partner.

Bank DnB Nord provide project senior debt and related finance which, when combined with project equity, funds the delivery of our PPP projects. Saritor has worked closely with DnB Nord in terms of creating acceptable project contract terms and in presenting ‘bankable’ projects. DnB Nord demonstrates detailed knowledge of the complex commercial structure of PPP deals and offers flexible finance arrangements designed to meet the various budgetary needs of our customers.

Project Construction:

Our long-term construction partner is Unibep SA, one of Poland’s oldest, largest and best regarded construction firms.

Quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Unibep has been in business for more than 60 years and now operates across many Central and Eastern European construction markets. The company has vast construction expertise and has delivered numerous examples of our core PPP projects; namely:

Unibep provides innovative technology solutions including wooden frame and LECA (Ceramzit) technology plus traditional build technology. Unibep also has an infrastructure division providing roads and highways construction plus other municipal infrastructure.
